Complete your day with a grounding and relaxing practice. Zen Flow combines 45 minutes of Slow Flow with 15 minutes of guided meditation. Slow Flow is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. Poses are held longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. Guided meditation focuses on connecting with the breath and body and experiencing relaxation and grounding.
