Hatha inspired hour with extra attention to the hamstrings and abdominal muscles. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Basic postures are emphasized with variations so that students gain comfort and learn appropriate modifications for their body’s strength.
