About Lotus Yoga

Lotus Yoga welcomes people of all ages, sizes, and levels to practice Yoga in a trauma-sensitive environment.  We are built on the foundation that every body is different, every body has different needs, and we strive to meet those needs the best we can. 

We believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices in our studio, as we focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings.

We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds. Whether you are experiencing physical or emotional pain, or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Lotus Yoga provides a casual, comfortable, healing, and friendly environment to do so.

We have a closet full of props for our students to use to practice including blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps. We encourage questions, concerns, and comments, and we love to help every body grow in to their own personal practice. We do not place our hands on our students unless asked to do so beforehand. We do offer "no chips" that you can place by your mat so we know to leave you be.
