Yoga For Every Body

Welcome to Lotus Yoga, where we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices in our studio, as we focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings in a trauma-sensitive and accessible environment.

We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds. Whether you are experiencing physical or emotional pain, or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Lotus Yoga provides a casual, comfortable, healing, and friendly environment to do so.

“As a lotus flower is born in water, grows in water and rises out of water to stand above it unsoiled, so I, born in the world, raised in the world having overcome the world, live unsoiled by the world.” – Buddha
