Lotus Yoga welcomes people of all ages and abilities to practice Yoga in a trauma-sensitive environment. We strive to provide a variety of classes that meets the needs of every body type.


We are located in the Village of Maryville, IL where you can be sure to feel comfortable and at home in our studio space.

  • A slow, gentle flow suitable for all levels of practice

  • A great substitute for a gym workout, come move your body with us!
